Services and pricing
Everything I do, with starting prices. Automation and visual identity also have their own pages with the detail.
Automation and AI
What you click through by hand today, taken over by automation. We start with one process, the one that wears you down most.
Workflow automation
Every month you put together the same summary for the accountant. Every week you retype numbers into a report. Before every appointment you send a reminder, and when you forget, the client does not turn up. All of it can happen on its own. You just look in to check it is running.
AI agent
What separates an agent from an ordinary filter is that the agent understands the content. It will pull the amount and the due date off an invoice, boil a thirty-message thread down to three sentences, draft an answer to the question that has come up ten times this week. The decision and the sending stay with you.
Inbox triage
A hundred emails a day. Ten actually want something from you, the rest is noise you have to dig through. I set up sorting that does it for you and makes sure the important one does not get stuck under the thirtieth newsletter.
Ongoing care
A portal rebuilds its panel, a supplier changes a file format and the automation stops understanding what it is being given. Always at the worst moment. I watch it and fix it.
Recognise any of these at your place? Describe it in two sentences and I will reply within a day.
Website, brand and image
This is where I started and I still do it. I build brands from scratch and refresh the ones where time stopped — the sign, the site and the Google listing stayed where the business was a few years ago. I wrote up why that costs customers.
Website
Someone searches for your company on Google and lands on a competitor. Or lands on you, except nothing is clickable on a phone. I build sites that fix that. What they run on depends on whether you want to edit them yourself or they simply have to stand there and work.
Website care
You do not want to remember about updates, backups and whether the site is still standing. I keep an eye on it. Need the price list changed or photos added? You write, I do it. No separate quote.
Visual identity
A logo is only the start. It has to work on a gate, on a business card, on an invoice and in Google results. And look like the same company everywhere. I do the whole set, not just the mark.
Visuals for events
Mapping, live visuals, lasers. The image follows the music as it happens rather than looping from a laptop. Club, corporate event, stage. I take the whole visual layer.
Photography
Stock photos are visible from a mile off and nobody believes them. I photograph what you actually have: the place, the people, the product. The material goes on the site, into Google and into social media.
UX audit
People land on the site and leave without getting in touch. I walk it step by step as someone arriving for the first time: where the thread is lost, what stays invisible, what puts people off writing. You get a list of changes, most important first, with a reason next to each.
These are starting prices. What it comes to at your end depends on what has to be built, and you will know that before we begin anything. Write two sentences about what you do and what is getting on your nerves. I reply within a day, and the first half hour of talking is free. You are not committing to anything. A larger sum can be split into three payments — the price stays the same.
Market rates are given for comparison, based on published price lists of Polish companies (as of August 2026). Mine come out lower because I work alone and there is no office to cover.
What if your problem is not on the list?
The interesting cases rarely fit ready-made categories. If you keep thinking “this could run itself in my business”, write to me, even if you have no idea whether it is feasible.
I will tell you straight whether it can be done, what it would cost and whether it is worth it.
Tell me what is on your mindNot sure what it would come to at your end? Write two sentences about what is getting on your nerves. I reply within a day. It commits you to nothing and nobody will be calling you afterwards.
